This unit focuses on the industry standards and global best practices pertaining to software development (CMMI), IT service management (ITIL/BS 15000), Information Security management (BS 7799) and outsourcing management (e SCM). We also offer enterprise project management (EPM), 6-Sigma and Balance Scorecard consulting and training. The market segments which we are focusing on are BPO/ITES industries, software development companies, financial institutions, telcos, shared services centres and call centres.
