This course is the second in the series of the higher level user interface for better application utility and planning for success in organizations. This course covers the concepts of Contract and how to work using P3 or P6 at a level when contract management is also considered important. It also addresses why individual project managers shy away from applying delay and claim concepts in practice. The course uses a hands-on P3 or P6 exercise.
